Holy Saturday.
The day between
Good Friday
and Easter Sunday.
2 Corinthians 13:4 says it all:
“For he was crucified in weakness,
but lives by the power of God.”
Did you notice the comma?
First Good Friday–
For he was crucified in weakness–
Then Easter Sunday–
but lives by the power of God–
and in between the comma,
where the power of God
showed weakness is the way,
where death uncurled, gave birth to life.
Holy Saturday.
The sacred pause
between what was
and what will be.
