Free Self-Care Study Guide

I always intended to put together a study guide for Four Gifts: Seeking Self-Care for Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength, and at long last, the Four Gifts Study Guide is DONE!!!

One reason that this guide has been so long in coming is that there are plenty of questions already included in Four Gifts. The questions appear throughout the book to help readers engage with the content as they read. But put the questions together, and voila! you have an instant discussion guide for use in Sunday school classes, mid-week Bible studies, and other small groups. For many groups, that’s all the guide they need.

But since Four Gifts was published, I’ve created some additional resources that I’ve used in various settings and published on my blog. I have more quotes that go well with the themes of heart, soul, mind, and strength. For Bible study groups, I’ve been wanting to share some Bible study questions and a Scripture Index. For book clubs that would like to discuss Four Gifts in a single evening, I’ve been wanting to offer a list of questions for the book as a whole.

So I’ve finally put all of that together, plus if your group is discussing Four Gifts and would like me to join you for a session, I’d be happy to do that via Zoom or whatever online platform you use.  Just use the contact form on my speaking page to let me know of your interest, and we can work out the details from there.

If you enjoy Four Gifts, I hope you will also consider adding a review on Amazon.comAmazon.ca, or Goodreads if you haven’t already. Even brief reviews increase a book’s visibility so other readers can find it, and reviews help me as a writer. I appreciate any support that you can offer.

I hope this guide will be useful to you, and please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. I’d love to hear how you are using Four Gifts!
